For the gourmets. Our much-loved Surin, but stored in the barrels for a bit longer, raised on wood for 12 months. A bit rustic, with oxidative notes, and yet the well-known freshness of our classic Surin.

A wild sauvignon blanc, unfiltered.

Grape: Sauvignon Blanc (Touraine), biodynamsiche wijnbouw. Gecertificeerd Ecocert (biologisch keurmerk) en Demeter (biodynamisch keurmerk)

Foodpairing: Pairs well with shellfish, white meat and combines very well with vegetables- think of experimental Nordic cuisine.
