For the gourmets. Our much-loved Surin, but stored in the barrels for a bit longer, raised on wood for 18 months, with oxidative notes, and yet the well-known freshness of our classic Surin.

A wild sauvignon blanc, unfiltered.

Grape: Sauvignon Blanc (Touraine), biodynamic culture.

Foodpairing: Pairs well with shellfish, white meat and combines very well with vegetables- think of experimental Nordic cuisine.

Certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter)
